Hair By Susy was founded in 2011 by Nigerian American artist, Susan Oludele. Being that hair and making people feel good are some of her passions, it was fate. She started working from home as a hair artist and obtained her cosmetology license. She then went on to opening the first Hair By Susy salon in 2014, with Refinery 29 naming it the top beauty salon in NYC to get your braids done.
