HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
When scheduling your appointment, We kindly ask for a deposit to secure your appointment slot. You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. However, after this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
DO YOU HAVE ANY LATE FEES?
Prior to your hair appointment, you'll receive a prompt to confirm your booking. We kindly request punctuality for your scheduled time. In the event of tardiness, please reach out to us promptly via our Salon NY line at 929-208-6390 , or via email at hairbysusy@gmail.com . A grace period of 10 minutes will be provided, which a nominal fee of $30 will be charged to your card every 30 minutes. After 1 hour your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit and pay late fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STYLIST IS LATE?
The same late fee policy also applies to your
hairstylist. In the event that an appointment time or date is not feasible for us, we reserve the right to reschedule, adjust, or reconfirm your appointment to ensure the best possible service for you.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy entails a 48-hour notice requirement. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a forfeit of your deposit.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RESCHEDULE?
You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointment up to three times, provided you do so at least 5 days in advance, with no additional charge.
DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR?
Absolutely! We provide a wide variety of hair products including braiding hair, human hair, spring twist hair, and more, all available for purchase at hairbysusy.com/shop-products.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIRSTYLE TAKE?
Individual hair appointments vary based on factors such as hair density, length, and chosen style. Braiding typically takes around 3-4 hours, but other styles may require more time. For specific duration, please refer to the description of your chosen hairstyle.
WHAT IF I NEED TO FIX MY HAIRSTYLE?
You have 24-48 hours to reach out to us for any questions or adjustments to your hairstyle done by the same hairstylist. After 48 hours we may not be able to service you outside the “hair fix” window.
