Policy Guidelines
Please read the salon policies listed below. By continuing to book your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies:
DEPOSITS
All clients are required to make a deposit to secure their appointment. This helps us ensure commitment and manage our schedule efficiently.
RESCHEDULE/CANCEL
Clients may reschedule their appointments free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that all rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made via email.
LATE FEES
Both clients and staff are subject to late fees. A late fee will be applied if either party is more than 20 minutes late to the scheduled appointment. For clients, the late fee is $20 for every 20 minutes of delay, and it will be added to the final bill at the end of the appointment.
REDOS
If you are not satisfied with your hair service, you have 72 hours from the time of your appointment to request a redo. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with the final result.
